Growing up with little to no guidance, Dr. Michael Allen and his brother Gilbert Allen have become two professional powerhouses. A victim of racism and dealing with identity issues, Gilbert Allen drew strength from his brother’s support and love. Striving to be a leader in the educational field, Dr. Michael Allen encountered similar struggles, having to overcome being mistreated and stereotyped. Today, both have evolved and are passionate about helping others conquer their fears, achieve their dreams and take on the world!
